Tim Thornton has over 22 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage. Tim started his career with the CB Richard Ellis while still in college in 1987, specializing in retail brokerage. In 1990 Tim moved to Boise, Idaho where he founded Thornton & Company. By 1994 Tim added two partners and the company changed its name to Thornton Oliver Keller. While at Thornton Oliver Keller, Tim specialized in retail brokerage, although he has had significant experience in office brokerage as well.

Guy Levingston has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate development, leasing and sales. He began with the J.G. Boswell Company, as Sales Manager for their the Eastlake Business Center in San Diego, California, and, as Director of Marketing for Interlocken, a 963 acre master planned technology business park located in Colorado. In 1996 Guy moved to Boise, Idaho to head up the office market division at Thornton Oliver Keller Commercial Real Estate and later became a partner in the firm. In 2003, Guy left Thornton Oliver Keller to form Intermountain Commercial Real Estate with Tim Thornton and Gary Buentgen.

Cleve Brock began his 23 year commercial real estate career in 1987 earning the Rookie of the Year Award at Cornish and Carey Commerical, the San Francisco Bay Area's largest private commercial real estate brokerage firm. In 1992 Cleve moved his wife and six (6) children to Bend, Oregon. He became partners with Coldwell Banker Commercial - Kerr, Oliver, and Brock in 1994 specializing in office, retail, industrial, and investment properties. Cleve started the Windermere Commercial Office of Redmond, Oregon in 2003 and managed that office until his move to Boise in 2010.
