Gary Buentgen has been a commercial real estate broker since 1978 and an Idaho resident since 1992. Before moving to Idaho, he was with the Irvine/Newport Beach, California office of Cushman & Wakefield.
Throughout his career, Gary has specialized in the brokerage of industrial, land, and Investment properties. Gary has been involved in a wide variety of brokerage transactions representing major corporate, institutional, and individual clients. His extensive professional background, combined with an extraordinary perseverance for detail and closure, has propelled him to the forefront of commercial brokerage in Idaho. Gary is proficient in transaction strategy, negotiation, and execution.

Gary is married to Bernadette and they have a young son named Robert. Gary enjoys family activities plus N. Kajukenbo Tum Pai Kung Fu, hunting, fishing, and snow skiing.
