Professional Background

Guy Levingston has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate development, leasing and sales. He began with the J.G. Boswell Company, as Sales Manager for their the Eastlake Business Center in San Diego, California, and, as Director of Marketing for Interlocken, a 963 acre master planned technology business park located in Colorado. In 1996 Guy moved to Boise, Idaho to head up the office market division at Thornton Oliver Keller Commercial Real Estate and later became a partner in the firm. In 2003, Guy left Thornton Oliver Keller to form Intermountain Commercial Real Estate with Tim Thornton and Gary Buentgen.

Clients over the years have included: ACOSTA, AMRESCO, AIG, Electric Lightwave, H.J. Heinz, GAB Insurance, IBM, Kraft Foods, Monsanto, Novellus, Perkins Coie, Corporate Express, Union Pacific, UPS, and US Postal Service; involving leasing, sales, and development transactions.

Personal

Guy lives in southeast Boise with his wife, Carolyn and two daughters. Guy enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing, scuba diving, golf, and the outdoors.
