Professional Background

Cleve Brock began his 23 year commercial real estate career in 1987 earning the Rookie of the Year Award at Cornish and Carey Commerical, the San Francisco Bay Area's largest private commercial real estate brokerage firm. In 1992 Cleve moved his wife and six (6) children to Bend, Oregon. He became partners with Coldwell Banker Commercial - Kerr, Oliver, and Brock in 1994 specializing in office, retail, industrial, and investment properties. Cleve started the Windermere Commercial Office of Redmond, Oregon in 2003 and managed that office until his move to Boise in 2010.

Cleve has represented thousands of tenants including such clients as Lancair, Familian Pipe & Supply, Hollywood Video, Oroweat Breads, John Deere Company, Best Care, Lil' Caesars Pizza, Edward D. Jones, St. Vincent DePaul, State Farm Insurance, Golden Corral, Postal Connections, Ferguson Enterprises, Abby's Pizza, Ridgeline Metal, and Aircraft Rubber.

Development Firms

During his career Cleve has procured tenants for development firms such as Equitable Life Insurance Properties, Trammel Crow Co., Spieker Partners, Lincoln Properties, King & Lyons, Balch Enterprises, Edge Development, Nolan Town Center, Bend Promenade, Tri-County Builders, Quail Investments, Charron Property Trust, SkyPark Development, and Weaver Trust.

Selling and Buying Transactions

Cleve has consummated transactions with companies such as Fred Meyer, Wal-Mart, Walgreens, Rite Aid, KFC, Norco, Inc., Zion's Bank, Dorn Bros. RV, Home Federal Bank, Kong Guan Cookie Company, Columbia River Bank, and Suburban Door Company.
