In May 2003, Tim sold his interest in Thornton Oliver Keller and along with Guy Levingston and Gary Buentgen, successfully launched Intermountain Commercial Real Estate, a firm solely focused on commercial real estate brokerage.
A partial list of Tim’s current and past retail clients includes: Albertson’s, Starbucks Coffee Company, Panda Restaurant group, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Office Depot, Costco, Rite-Aid, isoldit!, EZCorp, Lapel’s Dry Cleaning, Dollar Tree, Tully’s, Dutch Bros. and others.
During his tenure in Boise, Tim has been involved in the exclusive leasing and/or selling of the following retail projects: TJ Maxx Plaza, Southshore Shopping Center, Plantation Shopping Center, Capitol Village, Fairview Curtis Shopping Center, Westpark Market place, Old Boise, Cole Village, Fairview-Five Mile Shopping Center, BRC Plaza I and II, 8th Street Marketplace. Columbia Crossing, Columbia Marketplace, Boise Factory Outlets, River Quarry, Mor Furniture, Towne Square Station, Grandview Station, Hillcrest Shopping Center, and others. He has also been involve in the leasing and/or selling of numerous office projects and office tenants including, Southview Terrace, The Greystone Building, Alta Health Strategies, Allstate, MetLife, The Idaho Society of CPA’s, Countrywide Mortgage, Washington Trust Bank, and many law firms.

Tim graduated from the University of Southern California in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration with an emphasis in Urban and Regional Planning.
